Realignment Isn’t Always Clean, But It’s Always Clarifying
Realignment Isn’t Always Clean, But It’s Always Clarifying
Realignment is rarely clean. It shows up in moments that feel conflicting, momentum on the surface, heaviness underneath.
This past week brought movement. Deals signed. Projects advancing. Momentum building in all the right places.
Yesterday, I pushed through with everything I had. Heat exhaustion hit midday. My body was spent. But by evening, I rallied.
Bar Avalon. Great people. A strong DJ vinyl night that brought the energy back, and something small but meaningful: the DJ followed through on something he promised me a week ago. He brought the Creed – Human Clay vinyl I had asked about.
That hit differently. Credibility. Follow-through. The way I show up in business, ensuring every client, every detail, is handled with care, reflected right back at me. Real human alignment. I felt seen. I felt mirrored by others who move with the same integrity.
Bar Avalon continues to show up with the same consistency and presence I live by. It is fully in alignment with my mentality and morals.
I will be back next week. Because authenticity and credibility compound.
Still, that night ended heavy.
No sleep. Shivers. Tight stomach. Anxiety.
And the same question looped:
“What did I do to feel like some people were never truly with me?”
The answer? I grew. I got clear. And the moment I stopped seeking permission, some people stepped back.
But clarity doesn’t always mean separation.
Sometimes, all it takes is one honest conversation to clear the air, and you realize… they were with you all along. Quietly. Processing. Navigating their own version of the same pressure. That hit me too in the best relieving way possible. I will sleep well tonight again now that the air is clear.
With thoughts like my mom’s Parkinson’s worsening… the possibility of one last beach trip next week… I’ve been carrying a lot under the surface. And yet, even in that space, alignment finds its way through.
Sometimes all you need is to listen.
Sometimes you just need to talk.
And sometimes… both people just needed the space to reconnect.
Because realignment starts in the body before the mind fully accepts it. And I trust the signals now.
What I’m doing:
- Honoring the pressure
- Cutting what’s misaligned
- Holding close the people who show up authentically, and welcoming back those who always were
Mantra:
"I trust the signals. I honor the shift. I do not chase. I stay aligned."
The wins are real. The energy is rising.
Credibility and authenticity go strong.
Alignment at its best.
