March Closed Differently. Clearer. Stronger.

March ended differently than I expected. In a way that clarified everything as April begins.

There was a situation that hit me late and sat with me overnight. It pushed my anxiety more than I expected.

Why?

Because I know who I am. I operate with integrity. And the people who truly know me now know that.

But I stayed with it. By the time I woke up this morning, the answer was clear. I woke up refreshed.

Everything we are doing is right. Everything we have been building is right. Onward Upward Sports is exactly what it was meant to be, and it is becoming something bigger.

That clarity came from stepping back, thinking clearly, and trusting what has already been proven.

I made the necessary internal calls to keep us moving at the pace we are building, without holding anyone up. Everything is aligned.

And there is real proof. Our first pilot sports session overperformed. Roughly twice what we expected. The energy, participation, and response are there. You will see it.

And I understand something more clearly now.

A little bit of noise along the way is not a big deal. In the moment, I did not fully understand it. Now I do.

It is just noise. It passes, and it does not change the direction.

Even in the middle of writing this, progress is happening.

I started moving the company mailing address closer to the city of Philadelphia as part of our scaling process. Simple. Clean. Forward.

At the same time, I am building the next custom sports program, one of the two we have already been asked to create. We said yes. That is how we operate when it aligns.

Having that ready in the next few weeks matters, especially with additional groups already involved.

I also had a brief interaction with a notary out of Texas to handle part of that transition. One of the most positive people I have come across in a long time. Genuine energy. Strong outlook. Grateful for people like that.

And on a personal level, I have good people around me.

Solid neighbors. Good energy in my environment. People who see me clearly, without noise.

A black dog and a black cat around me. Funny enough, it reflects the same energy we build with. Positive. Steady. Forward. And people around me who carry themselves with confidence and intelligence. Grounded. Steady. Self-assured.

That kind of presence matters. It reinforces the positive healthy forward thinking environment I am building around me.

Looking ahead, April is important.

We are hosting our first networking event. The first one I have ever held as company President.

That matters.

It is a big day, and it will open more doors. More importantly, it confirms what is already happening.

People have our backs. And the right people continue to show up.

April is already in motion. The end of March felt like the end of the beginning.
