Today was next-level for me personally. I hit a powerful turning point in my practice—one that aligned perfectly with everything I have been building. The drive to succeed is alive and kicking harder than ever. The moment I settled in, the energy shifted: calm, powerful, elevated. This was not just about movement. Today also marked another big step: I attended an Inversion Workshop at a different studio in the county, just to sharpen a specific part of my practice. I love what Be & Breathe has brought into my life, and this was simply a chance to go deeper in a new way. No, I did not master it in one day, inversions are earned through work, not shortcuts. But I took a real step forward. And I will stay on it until it locks in.
