A Year of Growth, Connection, and Alignment
2024 and Prior: The Starting Line of Onward Upward
Before Onward Upward Digital officially launched, the mindset was already forming. Resilience, presence, and forward motion were being tested in my personal life and early projects.
2024 was training. The long nights, the uncertainty, and the moments of doubt became the foundation that made year one possible. That season was about vision without proof, but it was also where I learned what Onward Upward really meant: the choice to keep moving forward no matter the weight, and to trust that every step, even the unseen ones, was building toward something greater.

Those years built resilience and persistence, which became the backbone for my first year of business.
September 2025: One Year of Onward Upward
One year later, the difference is clear. Onward Upward Digital is no longer just an idea, it is a company delivering projects and results. From redesigns that gave businesses fresh momentum, to video stories that captured energy, to partnerships carrying forward, what began as vision is now reality.
There were tough moments too. In the first year I had to let some relationships go, and not everyone took it well. Those decisions tested me, but I chose to stay true to myself and the standards I set. The short-term strain was real, but the long-term reward is knowing the foundation is solid. Integrity pays off, even if the payoff is delayed.
What started as scattered energy became structured execution. The proof is in completed projects, paying clients, and ventures ready to scale.

The Personal Side
Not only was the first year back in West Chester about getting Onward Upward Digital off the ground and making it known to clients and partners, it was also about rediscovering connection. Business builds momentum, but people give it meaning.
I leaned into new experiences, learning to surf, taking up jet skiing, restarting boxing, and signing up for the West Chester Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. I made complete amends with my family after years of strain, especially with my mom’s advancing Parkinson’s. That reconciliation taught me that relationship strength is just as critical as business strength, and it deepened the foundation I carry forward.
This year also brought back many familiar faces. I reconnected with friends from earlier seasons of life, including college, and with people I now see around town. The sense of community returning has made this year feel full circle.
And within all of those things, one connection in particular has shown me this truth. What makes it meaningful is the way it aligns with presence and awareness. There is an intuition in how this person reads me, often better than I expect, and a calming way of steadying me when things are challenging. It is not loud or forced, but consistent and clear, the kind of understanding you recognize because it feels rare. Every time our paths cross, I leave reminded that real connection is built on trust, balance, and quiet intelligence.
Growth this year has meant more than contracts and clients. It has shown up in presence, awareness, reconciliation, and connection that feels steady, intelligent, and real. It has meant becoming more rooted in West Chester, with family, friends, and community, while continuing to live in motion.
September 2025 and Beyond: The Next Chapter
The foundation is set. Now comes expansion, scaling what has been built, deepening connections, and stepping into new opportunities with clarity and momentum.
Year one proved the vision. The future is about scale, alignment, and impact.
Onward and upward, always.
